We’ve just raised our seed round, led by AlleyCorp (creators of MongoDB, Business Insider, Gilt, Zola, and Nomad Health), and are assembling our founding team in New York. This is a rare opportunity to join from day zero. As one of our first hires, you’ll define how Astro shows up in culture, how people discover us, and how our community grows and thrives.
We’re looking for a Founding Social & Growth Lead to own Astro’s brand presence, cultural voice, and growth playbook from the very beginning. You’ll be both architect and operator — setting strategy and rolling up your sleeves to create content, experiment with growth loops, and build community. This role blends creativity, analytics, and cultural instinct, and is perfect for someone who’s equal parts creator, marketer, and cultural translator.
